Hello! My name is Aaron. I am the Youth President of the South Central Texas District (UPCI), and I am running to raise funds for Move the Mission (MTM)! What is MTM? Glad you asked! Move the Mission is the fundraising ministry of the Youth Ministries of the United Pentecostal Church International. Since its inception in 1953, over $134 million has been raised to fund missions and ministries around the world. A missionary having the vehicle he needs to carry the gospel to the furthest regions of his country. A North American missionary having a building so that he can share truth in his community. A child finding healing and a future at Tupelo Children’s Mansion or Lighthouse Ranch for Boys. A student pursuing her calling and Christian Education with a MTM Scholarship. A child being placed with a loving family through New Beginnings Adoption agency. Plus, so much more! When you invest in Move the Mission you intentionally share the gospel around the world. So what exactly am I doing? Well, I love to run. Not so much in the summer, but hey, I choose to live in Texas. Starting August 17th at 6 PM central, I'll begin running 4 miles, every four hourse, for 48 hours. 6 PM, 10 PM, 2 AM, 6 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM, and so on. 12 total runs adding up to 48 miles.
