In the early hours of June 30th, tragedy struck our family. A drunk driver hit our 23 year old nephew, Dominic Sutherland, almost claiming his life. He was rushed to the ER in critical condition, sent into emergency surgery, then later transferred into the ICU where they then further treated his injuries. Unfortunately the driver, that caused this heartache and turmoil, was driving uninsured leaving Dominic having to pay for his treatments and stays at the hospital, along with doctor appointments, physical therapy and possible lawyer fees that will continue to follow this tragic accident. Dominic is now in stable condition and was thankfully released from the hospital a week after his injuries were succumbed. He was and is surrounded by his loving family.
