The City of Salem is hosting three softball tournaments in 2016 to raise money for the Linda L. Vladyka Breast Wellness Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds for education, research, and the promotion of breast wellness and breast cancer issues.Last year, benefits from Play for a Cure Oregon© fundraising tournaments—totaling $6,800—were some of the top sources of donations. Thank you to all of the teams and families who participated! With your help, we hope to raise at least $10,000 this year.HOW WILL YOU HELP US REACH OUR GOAL?You can support this worthy cause by registering for and playing in one of our fundraising tournaments. In addition, we hope each team can dig deep inside their pockets and donate at least $100.
