Here we go again.... Last years Women's Money Race at Dirty Cirlces was such a success, we are bringing it back and now it will be an annual event in honor of a local racer and cancer victim, Kira Crawford.The KiraStrong Memorial Womens Money Race will be raced in one, Feb 28th, if not all 3 of the NW opener series, Dirty Circles. Brought to you by Monster Media Racing, Olympia Cycling, Zone 5 Promotions, Cyclesoles, and JLVelo just to start."Kira was competitive and loved to ride her bike, but what drew her into racing was the comradery of her fellow competitors and teammates and the friendships/bonds she established, which were many and meaningful, and what she valued far above her own individual success. I taught Kira everything I knew about racing, but learned far more from her about how to race. In the end cancer took racing from Kira, but it couldn’t touch what really mattered to her."Mark Crawford (Kira's husband)To jump start 2016 womens cycling, we are creating a one time donation to one of the Dirty Circles Womens Elite race in Woodland, WA. in March. This will go directly towards the race as cash prize money. Let's make it big. We want to start the season off with a huge bang and let us be heard here in the NW for our support in Womens Cycling.
