In the year 680AD a battle that changed the discourse of history took place in the deserts of what is now known as Iraq. Imam Hussien and his family stood against the oppressive tyrant of their time, Yazeed Ibn Muiywaiyah. The armies of Yazeed cut the water supply from the camp of Imam Hussien and forced him into battle without it and slaughtered him while he remained thirsty. Today 20 million people gather on the plains of Karbala to commemorate the ultimate sacrifice that Imam Hussien made. In honor of his memory, and the underlying theme of water accessibility during his battle I would like to build deep tube wells to help those, who today, do not have access to clean water.  Please donate to my campaign to build 5 wells in areas of Bangladesh that are suffering from severe water shortages. The money will be going to this organzation: https://www.muslimaid.org/
