Christian's Midterm Visit to the USOur family has been serving on the mission field in Battambang, Cambodia since July 2014. It has been one year and a half since Christian has seen his father who will be 78 next month and has some strong health concerns. Our family is not scheduled to go on our home assignment for another year and nine months. After having lost Christian's mom in 2010 while we were serving a four year term on the field, we feel a strong need for Christian to take a short three week visit to spend some quality time with his dad. Christian will also use some of this time to reconnect with some of our ministry's partners, and also talk to some potential new partners. We’d like to ask you to partner with us in the airfare and expenses of the trip. The issues of family and relationships weigh heavily on the hearts of missionaries. While Christian is in the US, Alison and the boys will stay in Battambang and continue running ministry as normal. Christian is planning on leaving at the end of January, which means we need to reach our goal in the next three weeks to be able to purchase airline tickets in advance.
