The first YOUTH-LED sustainability conference to empower and educate the youth in Georgia, USA about the pressing challenges our planet faces. A platform for young individuals from different middle and high schools in Georgia to showcase their work, and learn from experts in the field through workshops and discussions. Our vision is to create an immersive experience, a melting pot of ideas, knowledge, and inspiration, where young people could discover their power to shape a sustainable future. We have the imagination, the perseverance and the passion but also need your support. Investing in this conference is an investment in our collective future. Proceeds from this campaign will be used for venue rental, event logistics (food, technology, marketing, stationary, insurance, AV equipment), speakers transport and accommodation etc. 100% of the proceeds will go towards expenses for the conference. This event is organized by the youth for the youth. The goals of the Georgia Youth Sustainability Conference are: Creating a safe, youth-led space for students to share intersectional climate stories. Inspiring education and collaboration to develop localized sustainability action plans for schools and communities. Increasing accessibility to climate education and collective impact by building a community around sustainability for middle and high school students.
