On July 1st, 2024, our dearest Yazmin (Yaya) Hogan left us transitioning to our heavenly father at the young age of twenty-eight. She struggled with multiple health conditions compound with a lifetime battle with Sickel Cell Anemia. Yaya was loved by all and was a wonderful daughter, granddaughter, goddaughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. She leaves behind her mother Kimberly, brother Kamal, grandmother Diane (Mamma), stepsister Jaida, stepbrother Jalen, stepfather Samuel (Hank), nephew KJ, godparents and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We are all devastated by the unexpected loss of Yaya and want to honor her memory by giving everyone a chance to say their last goodbyes. The family is seeking your support to assist with the cost of Yaya’s funeral expenses and her memorial service. We need to raise $11,783.00 by July 25th and any amount is greatly appreciated.
