We need help getting our mother from Az to NH. 2 months ago

Hello. My name is Roger. My younger sisters name is Angel. Our mother had been living in Az for many years. She had been living alone for a bit of time. Evidently she was living out of her vehicle for a bit as well. We received a message and call on Wednesday night, the 5th, letting us know that she had passed away. Unfortunately my sister nore i have the funds right now to get her cremated and sent home. And /or how to get her belongings back. Thats why i created this. To ask for help. Please. Anything will help us. Thank you. From both Angel and I.
