OK everyone I have a BIG ask. Some of you know I am a board member with the Jefferson County Humane Shelter. Our shelter is in dire need of financial donations and when I say dire I mean DIRE need. Our shelter doesn’t receive any local, state or federal funding. We rely on donations, fundraisers, and adoption fees. But this last year we have been hit hard with sooooooo many animals, some that have needed special care. We have our big fundraiser at the end of this month but this time that’s not even going to be enough. I would not ask for this if it wasn’t so needed to continue to take care of all of the animals we have and the ones we are sure to get. PLEASE consider giving a donation. Any amount will help and will be appreciated more than you know. No amount is too small.
