Okay guys this poor angel needs surgery on his pelvis and two femurs. Unfortunately, the owners have no interest in helping get him better and he is in lots of pain. He was hit by an 18-wheeler on July the 5th. He is currently only being given medication for his pain. My fiancé picked him up from the road and rushed him to the vet and due to that we must raise enough money to get his surgery and such done before the end of next week. The vet says this angel still wags his tail anytime someone walks in regardless of his pain.
