Hi, my name is Mark and I’m raising money to help cover the cost of getting feral/stray cats fixed through the process of TNR. TNR is an humane and effective approach to controlling the overpopulation of feral/stray cats. Spaying and/or neutering community feral/stray cats stops the cycle of breeding and bringing unwanted kittens into the world. I started, very recently, the Lebanon County Community Cats program to address the issue of overpopulation of feral/stray cats within Lebanon County, PA.
