Despite the city of Greater Sudbury having a large abandoned rabbit issue, majority of our local rescues and shelters are not intaking rabbits. Recognizing a need, The Sudbury Bunny Rescue Room was created to rescue and rehome rabbits in need. Admins of the volunteer group, including myself, are working to incorporate as a nonprofit rabbit rescue. The rescue will be called The Sudbury Bunny Rescue Room and this LFEBridge is our first and ONLY fundraiser under the name. All funds raised will go towards vetting and care for the rabbits we have rescued. Pictured is Bugs who was rescued in August, 2024 and went to his forever home with his bonded sister, Lola, in October, 2024. This is currently the ONLY LFEBridge for the rescue. To avoid scams, please do not send funds directly to anyone who claims to be part of the group or rescue.
