It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of our esteemed colleague, TWS Dallas Metro campus president, James Cooper. As we come to terms with this profound loss, we also want to extend our support and care to James' grieving family. To help them during this challenging time, StrataTech Education Group, James' employer, has set up a LFEBridge campaign called "The James Cooper Memorial Fund" with the purpose of assisting the family with any unexpected expenses they may face. The fund aims to alleviate some of the financial burden and provide a small measure of comfort to our co-worker's loved ones. James aka “Coop” was a dedicated member of the StrataTech Education Group/Tulsa Welding School team, who brought immense joy and professionalism to the workplace. He brought his bright personality, passion, enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication to the role as the TWS Dallas Metro Campus President with enthusiasm beyond measure. Everyone that interacted with James met an honorable, highly personable, and hard-working individual. Of course, we can’t overlook James’ great big smile and his laughter was contagious! He lived and exemplified our core Values being fun, hard-working, dedicated to excellence, genuine and authentic. We are so very fortunate and grateful for sharing this portion of his life. We are incredibly grateful for James’ contributions that he made to the launching of our new Dallas Metro Campus. His incredible impact will remain with us and the Dallas Metro campus forever. Now, it is our turn to rally together and honor their memory by extending a helping hand to his family. We kindly invite each one of you to contribute to this cause, should you wish to participate, by July 19, 2024. No contribution is too small, and your generosity will make a significant impact in supporting James’ family during this difficult time. We understand that not everyone may be able to contribute, but even sharing the campaign within your networks can help spread awareness and garner further support. Please remember that this is an entirely voluntary initiative. Any donations made will go directly to Gretchen White, domestic partner of James Cooper, to assist with outstanding medical bills and other unforeseen expenses they may encounter. StrataTech Education Group will be matching every donation up to the fundraising goal to support the fund. In addition to the financial aspect, it is crucial that we continue to extend our emotional support and empathy to James’ family. We encourage you to share your condolences, memories, or any uplifting messages you may have on the LFEBridge page. Your words will provide comfort and solace to those who are grieving. Let us come together as a compassionate community and demonstrate the true strength of our StrataTech Education/TWS/RSI family. Your participation in this initiative is appreciated, and I extend my heartfelt thanks in advance for any support you can offer. In this difficult time, let us stand together, united in support and remembrance of our beloved colleague and friend.
