Sassy is currently in the hospital on a feeding tube, facing a number of health conditions. She has currently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, pancreatitis and fatty liver disease. The most concerning right now is the fatty liver disease which is serious but treatable. We have already spent $5000 on vet bills, at a vet clinic where she was treated very poorly. We’ve since gotten a second opinion, where they informed us that ongoing treatment will be $8-10k more and that she needed to placed into overnight care. Anyone that knows Sassy knows she’s is gentle and kind and has been a life companion for me.We care about her very much and are looking for any help towards her care. If you are unable to donate, sharing makes a huge difference. We so appreciate any and all help. We will update as we have more information about her condition.She came to me as a tiny kitten and reached out to me, asking me to bring her home. Since then, she has been my companion through some of the toughest times of my life. I can't imagine life without her. Please help me save her.
