Hey friends - my name is Donni - some of you may know me as “SNUGG” I am a DJ and producer from Austin, TX. For the past several years I have been facilitating dance spaces and bringing live bass music performances to events across the country. Thanks to the support of my amazing community, I have been fortunate enough to play on stages and at festivals with incredibly talented artists - something that I had only otherwise dreamed about. These are experiences and memories that will stay with me forever. With thousands of streams on my SoundCloud from over 45+ countries, it felt like it was finally time to take this project to the next level. In the beginning of 2024, I began my dive into electronic music production with the goal of releasing my first EP. In July I applied for Synthesis, an electronic music production retreat that will take place in late September on Big Island, Hawaii. Out of nearly 600 applicants, I am honored and thrilled to share that I have been chosen for this intimate workshop. Synthesis is an exclusive electronic music retreat where experts will be teaching production techniques with a select group of students over one week. The chance to learn from these great artists, several of whom I've admired since before I started this journey feels like a dream come true. As it goes, this is an expensive program - costing me close to $4,000 before transportation. I am calling on my community for support to help me fundraise for this next level of my journey, with the goal and promise to continue to deliver you new, fresh, booty-shaking tunes upon my return!
