Hospice care has begun, and they are working with Katie and family to ensure the most dignified transition possible. —- Hi, my name is Lisa Fischer and I am raising funds to offset the cost of final arrangements for my aunt, Sue Gillespie. As many of you know, Sue’s daughter, Katie, and her family have been the sole caretakers for Sue for many years. Unfortunately, when Sue’s husband, Gary passed away, Katie leaned that Sue was a rider on his insurance policy. Since he died first, the policy no longer covered her. Katie tried to find life insurance for Sue, but, due to her preexisting conditions, Katie was unable to obtain life insurance for her. Funds raised through this will be directly transferred to Katie, who is the beneficiary for this fundraiser, and will be used to pay for a proper funeral and burial. She will be buried next to the love of her life, Gary, who preceded her in death. Thank you for your consideration and for anything you can contribute.
