We’re raising money to help pay for the past and future medical bills of this sweet and spicy kitty. We are both public school teachers, so you know any monetary assistance we get is both needed and loved. Thank you for supporting Spicy Kitty! The story… On my way to the airport to pick up my husband, I saw this little furball manically dragging himself across a very busy highway on-ramp. Naturally, I slammed on my breaks, hopped out in traffic, and found the poor baby on the side of the road. His back lags weren’t working and he was scared and in pain (probably hit by a car). I immediately brought him to the emergency vet and he needed sedation, Xrays, meds, and a Feline AIDS test (to make sure he was safe to have around my own kitters at home). He has a fractured pelvis that may or may not be operable, and if it is will cost around $10k. We’re asking for $1,200 to help pay for his initial medical bills, kitten food, medication, a specialist visit, and his shots/neuter/microchip. Our hearts exceed our wallet, but every animal is worth it.
