If you knew Shane Bowman I guarantee he put a smile on your face at some point in your life. If you knew him, I'm sure it brings a smile to your face now thinking of his larger than life personality, his compassionate heart, and his quick witted humor. All of this and so much more makes it extra hard to say goodbye for now to Shane. Shane passed Monday July 10th, surrounded by friends and family. His family wants to honor his life and how he touched and impacted each of us. Unfortunately, as many of us know, funeral expenses can be very costly. Shane's mother and family have tried their best to gather funds without asking for help. Many people have generously given without being asked. However, the family is still around 5000.00 short of what they need. Shane and I grew close within the past few years. His mother did not want to ask for help, but I assured her, Shane would be the first to give whatever he had to help a friend in need. I am asking that we would all return the favor. If you can help this family in any way please consider giving. Anything above the goal of 5000.00 will first go to pay for expenses his mother has already incurred. Let's show this family how much Shane meant to each of us and how much we all loved him. Services for Shane will be held at Faith Baptist Church.
