in 2024, we are raising money to fund travel expenses on a cultural exchange and educational trip for teenagers from Belo Horizonte in Brazil to Manchester UK. Tickets and accommodation for 6 young people from BHZ Connection (https://www.bhzconnection.org.br/), an educational charity providing foreign languages, sports and artistic activities, have already been paid for. The £6,000 will allow 6 youths to experience what Giovanna and Kaio, both 13 and featured in the video, experienced during BHZ first annual trip to the UK in October 2024. They have been taking English lessons with William Sousa and international volunteers. This is a unique opportunity for others to experience a life-changing trip like Giovanna and Kaio. Donors will get the opportunity to meet the group of young people when they come to Manchester, if they want. All donations are appreciated, and anyone who donates £50 or more will receive free merchandise from BHZ Connection as a thank you.
