With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Roberto Antonio Rivas. He left us unexpectedly on July 22, 2024, and the feeling of loss has been extremely difficult for friends and family. During this time of grief, we reflect on who he was and the man we all knew and loved. Roberto or as most of us called him, Robert, had an immense heart always sharing warmth and love with the people around him. He was a hands-on father who helped raise two beautiful sons and engraved in them, a sense of security. He was a husband who cherished his wife and loved her indefinitely. He was an older brother whom his siblings could rely on. A son who his parents could be proud of. Whatever role he played in your life, he always did so with deep gratitude and respect. He cheered for the 49ers and stood by them as a devoted fan. He enjoyed listening to music and immersing himself in a good fantasy novel or show. In his downtime, he liked to grill and was an amazing cook. The simple things made him happy. He will be missed by us all.
