Hi, we are a group of neighbours that have set up a non-profit Community Interest Company to purchase a field behind our homes. We want to buy the land for the Badgers to protect them from any development on their land/home for over 30 years. There are also slowworms and foxes and the field is home to other wildlife. We have worked relentlessly for over 4 years to purchase the land. We have raised £30,000 between us, unfortunately not enough for the current owners - they want a starting bid of £45,000. It is going to auction on the 23rd of August. We need to raise £15,500. Please help us Save the Badgers and the wildlife from Developers. Update we have reached our target of £15,000. We have an extra cost of solicitors fee we would be grateful if an extra amount of £500 to go towards that cost.
