Hi everyone my name is Jazmine, as many of you know my grandmother is Sandra Octaviano. Since June 18th, 2024 she has been in the hospital fighting many things in her body that kept going wrong. As of today she is preparing to be brought home with hospice care, her final wishes were to be comfortable at home surrounded by loved ones. She has been a nana to everyone who has met her and the most genuine human being ever created. I have been blessed to spend the last 25 years being raised by such a strong and loving person. During this tough time as she slowly passing away we ask everyone if they can help us with anything or even by sharing our story. She loves every one of her family members deeply and I know she would not want us to struggle with her final wishes. Thank you in advance to everyone who has been supporting us and checking in. Since the last update a few days ago my grandmother Sandra, has passed 7/25/2024 in her bed surrounded by loved ones. She did not suffer or was not in any pain. We are now asking you to help donate in any way possible for her last wishes. I will send out a message to confirm any services that will be done after the cremation. My grandmother was the most genuine and giving person all around her. Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out and being here for us during this tough time.
