In memory of Roger DeWeese, a beloved husband, father, and drummer, we are rallying together to support his wife, Olivia, in the wake of his tragic passing. On July 11, 2024, Roger was involved in a fatal car accident, leaving behind his three older children, John, Lilly, and Rosie, as well as his 5 month-old baby son, Tristan. Roger's passion for playing the drums spanned over 37 years, during which he used his talent to bring people closer to their faith. He was a devoted follower of Christ, and through his involvement in the praise band, he touched the lives of many, leading them to salvation. Recently, Roger shared a powerful message on his Facebook page, reminding us of the choice we have in the face of challenges. He urged others to trust in their faith and not let worry consume them, drawing strength from John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." To honor Roger's memory and support Olivia during this difficult time, we have created a LFEBridge campaign.
