Richard was always a very bright and youthful soul with amazing potential! He loved reading books, watching movies, and playing video games. He had a true passion for music! His favorite band was Sublime, and he was the BEST trombone player, which always made him the happiest! As siblings we had many differences but we always agreed Harry Potter was the best series EVER! Our childhood was tough. We experienced both emotional and physical abuse, and we moved from one foster home to another until we finally found a caring family that raised us until we finished high school. But by then, Richard had already suffered heavy feelings of pain, abandonment, unworthiness, and depression. Despite his intelligence and potential, he found it hard to find stability and consistency in his life. With all the pain in my heart, my beautiful brother Richard passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2024, at the age of 26. His birthday is next week, July 21st. We started this fundraiser to help cover funeral expenses and create a memorial to honor his memory. We want to remember him as the wonderful person he was and keep his spirit alive through this lasting tribute. We want him to know that he was always loved and cherished.
