Dear Friends: It is with great sadness that we announce the death of dear Leah. Leah passed away unexpectedly on July 23rd. During her short life, she touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed. Leah valued love, harmony, and balance and worked hard to create this in her life while supporting others to do the same. She was kind, giving, caring, and incredibly creative. She loved her family, friends, travel, fitness, and the water. Leah was the kind of person you could count on to be supportive and enthusiastic. She always made an impression and a difference in the lives she touched. She was loyal, hardworking, reliable, and just a genuinely nice person. We are devastated by the loss of Leah and apologize if this is the first time you are hearing of her passing. Many of us knew Leah as a friend. Leah’s sister, Danae, is handling her final expenses and could use a little help. We have created a fundraiser to help ease the burden of these unexpected costs. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating. Please join us to remember and celebrate her life on Saturday, August 12th. Her memorial service will be held at 12:00pm at The Springs Funeral Services North at 6575 Oakwood Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923. The service will be followed by a Celebration of Life at Rhino’s Sports & Spirits at 4307 Integrity Center Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 beginning at 2pm.
