Hi, my name is Pete Rowberry, and I’m 12 years old. Nearly 2 years ago, my Dad, Big Pete died of oesophageal cancer. He was really brave and had lots of treatments to try and get better, but sadly it didn’t work. This year for his birthday I want to do something positive so I have been making things out of paracord and I want to sell as many as possible and donate money to Kemp Hospice in Kidderminster. Kemp Hospice sent nurses out to my Dad when he was poorly to help him and to help my Mum look after him at home. They also helped our family with counselling after he died. It’s a really important charity that My Dad liked to support when he was alive, so I’d really like to help them now to say thank you for all their help that they gave to us and continue to give to other people with cancer and their families. You can contact my mum if you would like to make a purchase, and I will be selling bracelets, key rings and lanyards in as many places as possible before Dads birthday on the 12th August. Thank you
