If you know my parents, you know they're "dog people" and will do anything for their pets. This is their 8 year old boxer, Porter. Porter is from a litter of puppies that my sister and brother-in-law had with their boxers, Koda and Stout. He's a big ol' puddle of love and slobber. As it turns out, Porter needs to have emergency surgery because of a blockage in his intestines that won't pass. My parents are looking at a $13,000 vet bill, at the very least. Can you find it in your heart to ease their financial burden just a little bit?
