Hi, my name is Lia, and I'm raising money to participate in the Adamah Farming Fellowship at the Isabella Freedman Retreat Center. I've been accepted into this really cool 3-month program that integrates organic agriculture, farm-to-table living, Jewish learning, community building, social justice, and spiritual practice. I'm at a transition point. I wanted to combine my love of the outdoors and my love of Judaism, and this program provides an educational, community-based way to do that. I love its mission and the way it's transforming Jewish life. Adamah is one of the innovative things happening in the community. It's a way to invigorate Jewish life that isn't just in the synagogue, and it exists only because of individual community member support.
