Friends of Jessie Hensley here. Trying to help our friend out with putting her Father to rest. Trying to figure out arrangements without life insurance is going to be a battle, which is why this LFEBridge is being started. Here's a little bit about Samuel. Samuel C Hensley was 73 years old. Father of 3 -Chris (deceased) Jessie & Gabe He is leaving behind two kids,8 grandchildren, 2 nephews and his dog Abby. Sam was a paramedic for 35 years, he spent a good portion of that time teaching emt/ems students. He loved his work. His other passion was his Dobermans, Abby is his current dog. He was diagnosed with colon cancer a couple months ago. Although he survived the surgery itself, he also had non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, kidney disease & diabetes. Those other issues caused complications with his recovery & after almost 3 weeks he decided he couldn't fight anymore. He was moved to hospice 30 hours before he passed. He was comfortable, at peace & with family by his side. Donations will be used for a cremation and memorial service. He had no life insurance and was on social security. It is so hard to ask for help. But help is seriously needed to help set up burial and funeral arrangements. Please share and help in anyway you can. It will be very much appreciated
