Hi loves. We have a 1 year old wonderful Rottweiler, Merlin. And he’s our daughter Matix’s best friend. The last two weeks we’ve noticed his health decline. He’s been into the Vet multiple times with the finding that his chest cavity is completely full of fluid. He has good days and bad days. But more often than not he doesn’t want to eat and hard to take meds. While the Vet does not see any concern of the C word.. he does have a high white blood cell count and is currently on heavy antibiotics. He needs to have an ultrasound and hospitalization in the next 48 hours and we are absolutely maxed and still paying off the passing of our last young baby Hugo only a few years ago. We want to do everything we can to keep our baby and Matix’s best friend and intervene this disease or virus before we lose another family member. After Hugo and all that Merlin’s cost us the last week - we have nothing more to financially provide towards medical costs. Absolutely anything y’all can do to help either keep him comfortable or if by a blessing we can get him into an ultrasound and save him would be far better then the capacity means we have right now. All the love. And if you can’t provide.. seriously prayers are happily welcomed. It’s devastating to think we could lose another puppy so young.. and watch our daughter go through such a loss.. again that maybe by chance we can prevent. Thank you for reading this.
