Cavin doesn’t exactly need a long introduction. The Dutch filmmaker has been making videos ever since he bought his first camera back in 1997, all over the Netherlands and worldwide too. In recent years, the Plastic Pushers mastermind has brought the blading community the Hibernate series, countless online edits, and most importantly, three full-length videos which have grossed over 100K total views and part 4 on its way… All of this is for FREE. While this doesn’t exactly help pay the bills, it’s a passion project that involves bladers from all over the world and benefits our community as a whole. However, when the latest updates simply won’t allow the software to work on our computer anymore (first Lightroom, and now Premiere) and the rendering of a movie takes more than a full day, comes the time for a much-necessary upgrade of our editing station. And as the filming of Plastic Pushers 4 is already well under way, comes the time to ask for your contribution to help complete our latest project. Simply put, we need a new iMac, as well as Premiere and Lightroom before our current setup explodes next time it tries to render a project. Any money we collect on top of that will go towards buying ice creams for the bladers.
