On Monday July 17, 2024, our dear friend Peter passed away unexpectedly from a tragic motorcycle accident. He leaves behind his wife Sabrina who has been by his side for the last 29 years and his 2 children Peter and Peyton. As you can imagine their lives have been turned upside down. The world lost someone that was truly one of a kind, always the first one who wanted to be there for a friend in need. If you needed someone at a moment's notice to get in a car and drive a thousand miles for you, he would be the first to ask, when are we leaving. If you knew Pete, you knew this is just who he was. This is now my chance to be there for him, and I am asking my friends and family for some help to be there for his family because this is what I know in my heart, he would have done for any one of us. Pete has become a part of our family and so many others. We truly are a Family of Friends. We celebrated holidays and milestones each year and this is just one event we didn't ever think we had to share right now, when we were only enjoying everything we have built. Pete is another son to my mom, he is an uncle to my kids and so many others. He was like another brother to me and I know how much he meant to so many others by the outpouring of support Sabrina and the kids received at the hospital in her greatest time of need. She had so many people to lean on. We have all known this family for over 25 years and some many many years longer than that. I know it is traditional to send food and flowers. But we will make sure this family always has a roof over their head and food in their bellies. What they really need now more than anything is financial support. Pete did not have Life Insurance, and the family is now reduced to one income, so we are asking for donations to help this family with all of these unanticipated expenses they are now facing.
