Hello, my name is Zachary Scott. I am working on a passion project called “InTheMoment”, with intentions seeded in helping deepen our worldly connections as humans through the lessons, blessings, passions, purpose, advice, and wisdom of everyday strangers. I have recently connected with a local chalk artist, Ron, living in Durango, Colorado, who has been homeless for far too long. All LFEBridge donations will go into an account directly linked to Ron, with intentional support of his food, water, housing, artistic pursuits, art materials, and overall cost of living in hopes of finding him a safer, more consistent living situation and walk of life. As he expressed to me earlier this spring, “No one deserves to sleep under a tarp through a Colorado winter”. His Pursuit of Passion and Genuine Light Brings RADIANCE to the Lives of Everyone He Meets…and his artistic gifts, wisdom, and smile alike are that of the rising sun. He has so much color to bring to the world…and a fire within that burns bright…fueled by an intention to bring Happiness to everyone who sees his work. My hope is to help him find a place of security, safety, and support in his pursuit of passion and purpose. Here’s an excerpt about Ron’s illuminating essence: •Ron is an artist…a creative…a genuinely good human being…who breathes life into the sidewalks of Durango, Colorado through his enlightening gift to the world…a gift…of a blessing…of a PASSION…for Chalk Art. What have I learned from Ron? PASSIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS…as this essence can be felt intimately…in ways only our soul can truly comprehend…yet his words of elegance…are soft spoken…backed by a strong immersion into the heartfelt depths of this current we call “Life”. I have learned many things from Ron throughout our serendipitous interactions, and growing friendship in the same…but more than anything…Ron has taught me…and every passerby…the sheer beauty of PASSION…the pursuit of PURPOSE…and the way an INTENTION seeded deeply in the soul…brings radiance to the lives of everyone and everything in its wake. As the sun rises…and it sets…without the need to be acknowledged…its presence is made known…in everything; by all…Ron brings a light that of the Sun to every moment shared…dancing vibrantly with the flame of his Life Force…conceived from the Divine…through his heart…to his hands…to the sidewalk…in a full spectrum of color. While sharing deep conversations and genuine moments on the street one evening, we began a social experiment of our own. As each passerby locked eyes with his work…and in the same expressed their overwhelming entrancement…we asked… ”What does this art piece make you feel?” With full honesty, not one person shared any other emotion besides…”HAPPY”…Ron’s passion makes people Happy…and oddly enough, during our first encounter, he expressed his intention in conceiving these hidden gems lay seeded in a personal pursuit…to make others feel…HAPPY…what a powerful manifestation. As Ron’s smile beams with light…and Happiness…with every passing exclamation…every felt emotion…every moment shared, in connection with another…it is blatant…PASSIONS BREATHE LIFE INTO THIS WORLD…in ways our words cannot describe…but you have to see it to believe it…and appreciate it while it lasts…as Ron has yet again taught us all a powerful lesson of love…as the rains come…and wash away the radiance of what once was without a voice…we are blessed to know now…the transient blessing of presence. So…here’s a few pieces of his work…that have too been washed away by the rain…yet…Ron’s essence will never leave these streets…as PASSIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS…• Ron has so much potential in this world…and I believe he has the light within to continue to bring Radiance to the Lives of Thousands with the right love, support and security.
