Our lovely Dad, grandad, great grandad, friend. As many of you know he played a massive role being part of belhus cricket club. Its what he loved and adored doing we could never get him away! By the sounds of it his touched many hearts and to be honest he truly is the best to us. Nearly 3 weeks ago my grandad called me (rhiannan) and said he was very tired and had drastically lost weight very suddenly. So we took him to the hospital. A few days later a ct scan was carried out which showed masses in many places including his brain. He then had to have a biopsy which unfortunately showed the worse. It was aggressive cancer and given only months to live. We have spent every single day with him at the hospital since and has now only been given days to live. As a family we are completely heartbroken. Especially after the loss of our dad/husband we just can't believe this is happening. Any donations towards Peters funeral or even a memorial would be greatly appreciated by us all but we do also get times are tough with money. Since writing this post unfortunately Peter passed peacefully in the afternoon on the 28th July surrounded by his loved ones close by. From the bottom of our hearts thank you x Rhiannan x
