Update: Nancy gained her wings on July 30, 2024 at 4:15pm. Services will be held on Friday, August 4th, with visitation from 6:30-8:30pm and a brief memorial service following at 8:30pm. We will be holding services at John E. Roberts Funeral Home located in Amherst, NY. Hello, my name is Gabriella Petrizzo and I am Nancy Petrizzo’s daughter. My mother has been in a coma since the beginning of July and as of July 28th my family and I have decided to put her on comfort care to allow her to pass comfortably and relieve her from her pain and suffering. Since 2016, my mother has been battling many health issues including cirrhosis, lupus, epilepsy, and so much more. As we expect her to pass in the coming days, my family and I are looking for financial assistance with memorial services and other expenses that will come with this decision. Please remember Nancy as a joyful, bubbly person who will miss us all. I, or my father, will announce/reach out to individuals with service details upon her passing.
