Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls, My name is Erica Hatcher, and I come before you today with a heavy heart to share the story of my beloved baby boy, Joshua Terez Hatcher. It is with great sadness and profound grief that we must say goodbye to our precious Champ. Our journey together was one filled with immense love and joy, but it is now time to bid him farewell. Joshua came into this world fairly early, born at just 24 weeks premature, weighing only 1 lb 9 oz. Despite the odds stacked against him, he defied all expectations and fought like a true champion. That's why we affectionately nicknamed him "Champ." His indomitable spirit carried him through every battle he faced, from Pulmonary Vein Stenosis and Pulmonary Hypertension to Chronic Lung disease and a hole in his heart (ASD). Joshua's strength and resilience were awe-inspiring, and his presence brought us immeasurable happiness. On July 20, our Soldier decided it was time to part ways with this Earth. After gracing us with almost three years of love and joy, he had given his all. As a parent, I never imagined having to plan memorial services for my own child, and I find myself in a situation I was not prepared for. In my heart, I knew my children would only have to plan these services for me and their dad. Not the other way around. Unfortunately, I had not taken out a life insurance policy for Joshua, and the financial burden of honoring his memory is more than we can bear alone. I am reaching out to you, dear friends and kind-hearted souls, for your support in this difficult time. We are humbly seeking assistance to cover the expenses associated with Joshua's memorial services. Any amount you can contribute will make a tremendous difference in lightening the financial burden that accompanies this heart-wrenching moment. I am a mother of six beautiful children, all under the age of 18, including Joshua. Life outside the spiritual realm doesn't stop, and the bills and responsibilities continue.
