Many of you will have worked with Lorraine during her long career at Mercedes-Benz, which began in March 2010 as a Dealer Assistant at Dartford. Lorraine was an outstanding colleague who was seen by many as the ‘Mum of the Dealership’ at Dartford, who always seemed to know when someone needed a helping hand and support or even just a cup of tea to put a smile on their face. She was extremely passionate about her work, making sure all colleagues and contractors across the business had the information and support they needed as well as going that extra mile to get things completed. Lorraine was exceptionally popular and highly respected by everyone; she was a friend to many people and will leave behind a legacy of great memories for us all to cherish. She will be greatly missed by everyone, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends at this incredibly sad time.
