My name is Andrew Castro, and I'm excited to launch the "Lifting Honduras" fundraising campaign. As someone who was born in Honduras but fortunate enough to leave and come to the USA at a young age, giving back to my home country holds a deep personal significance for me. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to return to Honduras and organize a school supplies drive for 250 children in three different villages. Instead of building a new school from the ground up, I have decided to focus on improving the existing schools in Honduras that I visited. My goal is to raise $25,000 to fund vital repairs, renovations, and essential resources for these schools.
