Hi everyone, our little furbaby (Socks) is going through a battle now after ingesting something on the weekend of July 8th. After we recognized her vomiting, we took her to numerous vet visits to see what this obstruction was. Unfortunately, we are reaching the point of financial hardship because the current vet visits have cost $2600 so far and the vet is estimating surgery will cost $3k-$5k. At this point, we are on the verge of maxing out our savings. Socks is an otherwise healthy cat so it breaks our hearts to think that this one incident could take her from us and that surgery could be what saves her, but we can’t afford it. It is humbling for me to ask for such help, but we would be so grateful if you would consider donating to help with the vet bills we are accruing. Any and all donations would be so appreciated.
