Our names are Susan and Richard and we are the proud parents of Kaileb McCaughey, our 14 year old son. Kaileb is a hard working young man with dreams and aspirations to take his karate career to big places! Kaileb trains at ICKF Karate Dojo in Whitby, under the amazing coaching of Sensei Ed Docherty. This past year, he has worked hard with his ICKF family and with the added support of family, friends and his community, that passion and dedication helped him make Team Ontario, first overall for his division. On Friday, July 7th, Kaileb competed at his first Karate Canada National Championships and won a silver medal, adding him to Karate Canada’s Junior Team roster. Kaileb has been invited to represent Canada at the Junior Pan American Karate Championships in Santiago, Chile from August 21-27. Please help Kaileb’s dreams continue to come true! Funding will help cover the costs of flight, accommodations, entrance fees, team fees, uniforms and team athletic gear. We are so grateful and appreciate your support!
