Hi, my names Amber McCormick I’m kind of lost for words so bare with me. My sister, Wendy McCormick has been in the hospital & intubated for 11 days, she came in because it was hard for her to breathe, her husband brought her to loma Linda hospital & they immediately admitted her. A couple days after she was intubated she tested positive for covid, with her having lupus her lungs are already weak, Right now it’s just a waiting patiently period, we don’t know what’s going to happen. 4 years ago something like this happened & she was out for a month. My sisters strong & with her being 2 hours from home it’s getting hard for my brother in law to get out here to visit her. With him taking time off work to visit, bills, I’m asking for help for my family. Wendy is a fighter & I have so much hope she’s going to come out of this but we all are trying to be patient because it takes time. I love my sister, she’s one of the only people that didn’t give up on me. She’s loyal, she’s funny, she can brutal but she’s loving. She’s my older sister & we are just really trying to make sure if & when she comes out of this she doesn’t have to stress about life struggles. If you can share, donate.
