Karen Wegman unexpectedly passed away in her home yesterday, August 2nd, 2024. Her children and family are devastated by this sudden loss and were not prepared for the high cost of funeral expenses. I have created this fundraiser in an effort to support them during this difficult time. Karen was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She had 5 children and 12 grandchildren. She touched the lives of so many around her with her generosity, kindness and wit. She had such a big heart and was always there for those who needed her. She would give the shirt off her back to a stranger. She became disabled at a young age and devoted her life to raising her children and being involved with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She was the last to leave a party or family event. She always attended her grandchildren's activities and sports events and she was so easy to talk to and always willing to lend an ear. Her family is overwhelmed by this tragic loss.
