Hello my name is Cindy Rice. On July 2nd my soulmate and love of my life suddenly passed away at the young age of 46. Joe was loved by so many people. He touched the lives of people all across the world. We've been married for a little over 3 years and just began the journey of building our forever home. Joe was my hero saving my life back when I was 14 when I was dating someone who threatened my life. Joe brought me to his home to keep me safe until I could get the help I needed. We both went out sperate ways for several years but found ourselves running into each other a different jobs that we had. After 27 years the timing was right and we found each other again. We started chatting back and forth on messenger and decided to meet and catch up on each other's adventures through the years. We instantly fell in love with each other and I kept finding reasons to extend our dates. 6 weeks later he proposed to me and we married on February 29th 2024. The world shut down so after from Covid we were actually in our honeymoon when this happened. I've never felt a love so genuine and I've never felt so loved and accepted as Joe made me feel every day. I am going to miss him. But his soul will live on as he is donating his organs to others. He was my hero at 15 he's my hero today and he will be a hero to everybody that he is donating to.
