With a heavy heart, I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my dearest friend, Jessica Gauthier - Vanderpuye. Her daughter, Jenna Gauthier - Wood was tragically taken from this world on July 2nd. She was 25 years young attending college and getting her life back in order. Jenna did struggle with mental health issues through her younger years up into adulthood. Despite any challenge she faced, Jenna was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off her back. She was a compassionate sole beyond her years and loved spending time with her siblings. Jenna comes from a large family of six siblings from her mom’s side and five siblings from her dad’s side. She loved both her parents dearly, David Wood of South Carolina and Jessica Gauthier – Vanderpuye of Warren, MA. Jenna always had the best laugh and smile. She lite up the room when she walked in. If you met Jenna, you would never forget her. She left that kind of impression on you. While we all mourn her loss. I am asking for funds to assist her family financially through this hardship. The proceeds from this fund will go to Jenna’s funeral expenses, and any additional funding will go to her family to help support them at this most trying time.
