As we prepare to say our final goodbyes to Jeffrey Winslow, we wanted to reach out to our tribe to ask for help supporting his final expenses, like cremation, added medical expenses, as well as supporting Karel as she adjusts to life without her beloved Jeffrey. Jeffrey has had a long life, surrounded by his wife, Karel, their large family filled with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as countless lifelong friends, neighbors and community members in Twisp. No doubt if you have come across Jeff at some point in life, you were met with a smile and probably a story about a travel experience, art, current events or whatever else may have crossed his mind. He has always had a passion for art and has created some of the most fantastic pieces with the use of deep colors, textures and maybe even a hidden rabbit. In addition to creating paintings, he also loved to create music; playing the sax and enjoyed spending time at the community drum circle. He also been an avid reader and could talk for hours about almost any topic. He has a quick wit about him that will keep you on your toes and will most likely make you laugh so hard your belly will ache. As Jeffrey approaches his final moments, we also wanted to invite you to share memories, thoughts or message for him, Karel, or the family to help this transition and his passage from this life. He is greatly loved and will be sorely missed. We appreciate any help or messages that you may be able to provide ❤️
