Hello my name is Jonathan Souza and I am in the 6th grade. This year I have been nominated by my school to attend a Leadership Conference in Washington D.C.!!! Unfortunately there are no fundraising programs available through the school so I am turning to friends and family members to help me experience this once in a lifetime opportunity!!As most of you know I work very hard at everything I do and always give 110%.I have big plans for myself in the future to include College and Medical School to become a Doctor. I love helping others out so what better way to do that then becoming a Doctor and saving somebody's life.The funds raised here will go towards my flight, a five day stay in Washington D.C. along with other expenses that come with being away from home for five days.I am hoping I can have these funds raised November 23, 2015 so I can have the whole leadership trip paid in full.
