Myself and Tim are going to take on HYROX Manchester in January 2024, we are really stepping out of our comfort zones with this as we are both cardio neglecters. So we have set ourselves a challenge to compete and also decided to do it for an amazing cause. We are raising money in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and every donation will help.
