Hi, it's Jachin and Kara's Adventure LFEBridge!!! A big part of our getting to know each other has been through sports. Being active, whether through hiking, biking, padel, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, or skiing have been the settings of some of our most memorable moments together. These have also been many of the environments in which we have built community, made friends, served and cared for people! Through countless bike rides, summer camps, gear giveaways, and organizing sports events, we have seen how sport and physical activities can bring people together, bring joy, and empower both young and old. As we approach this new adventure of marriage, one of the things we really desire is to do more of that, both with one another and others!!! One way we would like to do that is through biking. As you know, Jachin is just a little bit tall and has always had to make do with smaller bikes. BUTTT he met someone who can build him a bike his size and has been saving up to get a custom-made bike that fits since! As we both desire to be able to meet more people and build relationships through group rides as well as exploring cities we visit by bike, we would also like to get a bike for Kara :). We have also increased our goal to allow for more sports equipment such as sleeping bags, bike bags (for traveling!), racquets, nets, backpacks, and other such items! BUT, and possibly most importantly, feel free to give as much as you want towards our campaign because all extra will go either to projects we either know about (Outdoor Clubs for immigrant youth in Spain that we worked with) or are planning (Kara has a strong desire to open a gym for women when we work overseas again or possibly building racquet sports courts overseas)! So thank you in advance for whatever you feel like giving, whether $10 or $10,000(), it is going to be used for life-giving things, both for us and others! And we are looking forward to celebrating with you soon!!!
