My name is Annmarie Zullo. I am a longtime friend and sister in Christ of Pat Ostergaard. We met back in 1974 at Irene's Hair Salon in Antioch, Illinois and became fast friends for life. We would go on to work together at Guys and Dolls Salon in Antioch. For close to 50 years our families supported each other in all the joys and challenges of life. Pat was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 1993. She had several years in remission but as of late, the disease progressed and had her in and out of the hospital having various procedures and surgeries. While in the hospital she contracted MRSA and was told they would have to amputate the leg to stop the MRSA, but that it was not a guarantee of stopping or slowing the Scleroderma. Pat declined this procedure and was given a two-week life expectancy. Pat went to meet Jesus on her 77th Birthday, June 23, 2024. I will miss my dear friend, but am at peace knowing she is no longer in pain and is dancing with Jesus! I am setting up this page with hopes of helping fundraise for Chuck and the many unexpected expenses and hardships of Pat's passing. If you feel led to help please click the LFEBridge link. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. Please also find the link to Pat's Obituary below. Kenosha Funeral Services Pat Ostegaard
